- Bring a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, along with a valid ID
- Review the available methods of payments and vaccination costs listed on the superbill
Accepted Insurance:
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Georgia Medicaid, Cigna, Humana and Medicare (Flu only)
Insurance not accepted:
Kaiser, Tricare, and Oscar are not accepted.
